The Hickory Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints hosts Celebration of Christ, an exhibition of nativity scenes from around the world in a beautiful setting with special musical performances from community organizations. Come join us for a peaceful evening centered on the true meaning of the season: the birth of Jesus Christ, Savior and Redeemer of the world.

Saturday, December 6th 3:00pm - 7:00pm


Featuring nativities from Bangladesh, Chile, China, Columbia, Czech Republic, El Salvador, Equador, France, Germany, Guatemala, Honduras, Israel, Italy, Kenya, Mexico, Peru, Phillipines, Poland, Sri Lanka, United States and many more.

The evening's celebrations will include:

  • An exhibit of creche scenes from around the world.
  • Musical performances from community organizations.
  • Children's activities.
  • Non-perishable food drive for local charities.
  • Free wassail and cookie refreshments.
